Grilled Vegetables

  • 3 small zucchini, in 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 small yellow squash, in 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 sweet onion, cut into wedges
  • 6-8 white mushrooms, cut in half or left whole if small
  • 3 plum tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1/2 lemon, cut in wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp italian spice
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
