Kennedy Family Greek Salad

  • 1 small head of lettuce
  • 2 stalks celery, including the tops
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, cut in strips
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Calamata olives
  • Anchovy fillets
  • Dressing

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp oregano
